Postpartum Doula Support
Whether its your 1st baby or your 3rd, the first few days and weeks at home with a newborn can be intense. As a postpartum doula, I’m there to support you and your family in whatever your needs may be - from physical recovery to newborn care to lactation to sleep - and so much more.
Pre & Postnatal Rehab & Personal Training
Staying active while pregnant and as a new mom can be incredibly beneficial for your body and your mind. However, it is important to understand the changes your body is going through and learn how to work out safely and effectively to avoid and manage aches and pains. My 1:1 and group classes focus on individualized programming that meets you where you are and helps you feel strong and confident in your body.
Workshops: Childbirth education and more!
Childbirth education: Learn everything there is to know about labor, delivery, and recovery! Unlike other childbirth classes that teach you the clinical basics, this class is taught through the lens of birth as a positive and empowering experience. You will understand how to prepare for birth in your final weeks of pregnancy, the different birth experiences, signs of labor, how to push to protect the pelvic floor and so much more so you can birth with confidence.
