My goal for CLT Wellness is simple: to educate and empower pregnant women and new moms so they can have a healthy and happy transition to motherhood.

There are several phases to the pre & postnatal journey - conception, pregnancy, labor, delivery, recovery and adjusting to the new normal. Each phase is unique and can be long or short, easy or difficult, smooth or complicated, and no two experiences are the same.


Motherhood is the most physically demanding job in the world and we’re often told to live with the aches and pains that have come to be expected. But just because it’s “common” doesn’t make it “normal.” A strong, healthy, body is key to protecting your core, managing back pain or pelvic pain , keeping your immune system strong and your blood sugar balanced - so you can feel like your best you.

Having a newborn can be overwhelming at best. Everyone has their own opinion about what’s best for you and your baby and often times advice is conflicting - don’t hold the baby too much, you can’t hold the baby enough, co-sleeping is best for both of you, babies need their own space, breastfeed on demand, get baby on a feeding schedule - the list goes on and on! We can find what works for you, your baby and your family as a whole.

Your partner, family, friendships, environment, job, and lifestyle impact your mental and physical health in many ways. And while it truly takes a village, everyone’s village looks different. We can work through your specific needs at each stage and ensure you have the right support every step of the way to help you feel confident and strong.
