The transition to motherhood is a journey that starts at preconception and continues through pregnancy, labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum. I’m here to support you and your physical, mental, and emotional wellness throughout each stage of the journey so you can have the healthiest experience possible.

About the Program

This is a monthly membership program for women in all stages of motherhood. Together, we create monthly, customized wellness & education programs to fit your needs and the needs of your family. You may be just starting to think about getting pregnant and want to understand how to create a healthy foundation, you may be pregnant and want to make sure you’re eating right and moving in a way that supports your changing body, or you may have had your baby and are interested in learning about nutrition while you’re breastfeeding and how to heal Diastasis Recti. You can join at any stage and for however long you are looking for support.

As part of the monthly subscription you will get:

Depending on where you are in your perinatal journey, we customize the support to meet your needs. The weekly calls will be tailored to the needs of the client so it can be used as an exercise session, general wellness discussion, or postpartum support such as lactation, or anything else the client needs.

Consider Baby Guides your motherhood manual! If you’re pregnant, there will include what is happening in your body that month for both you and baby, and if you’re postpartum, the monthly guide will focus on feeding, sleeping, baby gear, etc.
