Fertility Program

Believe it or not, a healthy pregnancy starts before you even conceive. So whether you are just starting to think about starting a family or you've been at it for a while, there are certain things your body needs now more than ever. Today, women are waiting longer to have children and many have been on some form of birth control for 10+ years - thus issues such as PCOS, amenhorrea and unexplained infertility are becoming more and more prevalent. Making sure your body is healthy and getting the proper nutrients it needs gives you a better chance of conceiving naturally and successfully. We'll work with you on the key health, nutrition and fitness concepts to help you feel empowered during this exciting and sometimes stressful time of your life.

Program Overview:

  • 8 or 12, one hour sessions
  • Held in person in NYC or via phone/Skype/Facetime outside of NYC
  • Unlimited email support
  • Nutrition support: best foods and recipes for fertility, including regulating your cycle and ensuring a healthy weight for conception, how to mitigate risks for gestational diabetes if you are at risk
  • Fitness support: pre-pregnancy workouts to make sure you are exercising at at the optimal level for your body
  • Mentally and emotionally coping with stress, uncertainty and the ups and downs that comes with trying to conceive 

Prenatal Program

Congratulations on being pregnant! You will quickly find (if you haven't already) that we're told about the things we shouldn't eat or do, but no one ever takes the time to teach us what we SHOULD be eating or doing. There is too much information and conflicting opinions out there about what is safe and unsafe for you and your growing baby when it comes to nutrition and fitness. And let's not forget that trying to grow a human while still living as one can be mentally and physically draining in lots of ways. Our goal is to help you feel empowered throughout your entire pregnancy journey that you are making great decisions for you and baby.

Program Overview:

  • Nutrition support: key nutrients your developing baby needs - how much and at what stages, what "eating for two" really means, how to avoid extra weight gain, easy recipes and foods to calm common pregnancy symptoms
  • Fitness support: pregnancy safe fitness routines and resources, easy exercises to relieve common pregnancy symptoms and stay toned
  • Mentally and emotionally preparing for the baby's arrival and the first few weeks and months as a new family

Postnatal Program

Congratulations on completing the world's most amazing physical feat! You should feel proud, elated, strong and confident! But if you are like most women, you may be struggling with a few of those things. Your life as you know it has changed, including your body, mind and relationships, but the sooner you start to feel like yourself again, the happier you will be as a mom. We'll help you with the key nutrition your body needs at this stage (especially if you're breastfeeding), keep you active, help you find much needed "you time" and share relaxation techniques.

  • Unlimited email support
  • Nutrition support: nutritional needs post baby, especially while breastfeeding, shedding the extra baby weight, easy recipes and more
  • Fitness support: easing you back into physical activity and practicing calming exercises
  • Coping mentally and emotionally with change, your partner and finding "you" time
