FitMom Postnatal Classes

Get a sweat on all without needing a babysitter! These baby-friendly, strength training classes are great for all levels whether you are 6 weeks postpartum or 6 years postpartum, haven't worked out in years or hit the gym daily. You will use your own body weight to strengthen your core, glutes, legs and arms and we'll throw in some cardio to get your heart pumping. 

Babies are more than welcome to join and can hang out in a stroller or on a blanket and can be incorporated into the workout if they need to be held. Carriers are okay but may limited some of your movements.  

Schedule:

Wednesday's and Friday's @ 11:30 - Carroll Park 

Friday's @ 9:30am - Prospect Park (North West corner)
