Group Fitness Schedule
FitMom & Baby Pre/Postnatal Classes
Get a sweat on all without needing a babysitter! Due to their small class size, these pregnancy & baby-friendly, strength training classes are great for all levels whether you are 6 weeks pregnant, 6 months postpartum, haven't worked out in years or hit the gym daily. We offer modifications for all levels. You will use your own body weight to strengthen your core, glutes, legs and arms and we'll throw in some low-impact cardio to get your heart pumping.
Babies are more than welcome to join and can hang out in a stroller or on a blanket and can be incorporated into the workout if they need to be held. Carriers are okay but may limit some of your movements.
